Assignment in a Nutshell

1. Find a current article from a newspaper or a magazine that is related to biology.
2. Correctly cite the article in MLA format.
3. Write a summary of the article in 1 or 2 paragraphs.
4. Research some aspect of the article, select and cite one source and attach a copy.
5. Personal response and/or thoughts on the article (the one from step 1).

All additional info must be from the Paideia Library or from Library databases

• Browse newspapers & magazines in the Library reading area
        (Time, National Geographic, Discover, Smithsonian, New York Times and others)

• Browse reliable science websites (such as online versions of the above magazines) -

• Check online sources through  Library Databases.
        ProQuest - newspaper and magazine articles (including Science News)
        SIRS - newspaper and magazine articles, tends to be science-oriented
